With Axel seriously ill, Bonnie Williams was appointed to take the role of business manager for the club. The Board approved her to be an authorized signer on the bank accounts. Since it is considered prudent to only have one member from a family on the accounts, the Board rescinded it’s earlier approval for David Williams to be an authorized signer on the bank accounts.
